The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2- cup almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon honey ((or to taste))
- 1 cup ice
- 2 medium-sized sweet (, seedless oranges, sectioned* (like Navel or Hamlin Oranges))
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2- cup almond milk

Instruction
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the bottom layer; blend until smooth.
- Divide between glasses, filling the glasses 2/3 of the way up.
- Place glasses in the freezer for 20 minutes.
