Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 egg
  • 450 g canned fruit salad drained
  • 3/4 cup fruit juice
  • 100 g butter melted
  • 2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together until just combined.
  • Spoon into well greased muffin pans.
  • Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned and spring back when touched.
