Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 egg
- 450 g canned fruit salad drained
- 3/4 cup fruit juice
- 100 g butter melted
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients together until just combined.
- Spoon into well greased muffin pans.
- Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned and spring back when touched.
