Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 12 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1 c. full fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Pureed mango

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey. Stir until well combined. Add chia seeds and mix well once more. 
  • Cover with plastic wrap. and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set. 
  • With approx. 1/4 c. pureed mango on the bottom, divide the pudding into 10 (1/2 c.) grab-n-go portions. Keep refrigerated.
