Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- lettuce (I use half romaine, half spinach)
- apple, peeled and diced ((about 1))
- strawberries, sliced
- avocado, diced
- dried cranberries
- sliced green onions
- toasted sliced almonds
- crumbled feta
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper ((about 1/4 t. salt and fresh cracked pepper))
Instruction
- For the salad: Arrange all ingredients in a bowl. Measurements are up to you and how much you like of everything.
- For the dressing: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Toss salad with dressing right before serving to avoid sogginess.
