Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped banana
- 1 1/2 cups granola (or shredded toasted coconut)
Instruction
- Combine the yogurt and the honey in a small bowl. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
- Using four 16-ounce glasses, divide the yogurt-honey mixture between each glass. Divide the fruit evenly between the glasses. Then spoon granola or shredded coconut on top of the fruit.
- Serve immediately.
