The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- ¾ cups Hint of Honey Blue Diamond Almond Milk
- ¾ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup fruit
- 1/3 cup granola
Instruction
- Mix together the almond milk, yogurt, and honey together. You can mix this in a bowl, food processor, or blender. I used a blender for faster mixing and easier pouring.
- Pour the milk mixture into the popsicle molds. Evenly distribute the fruit and granola into the molds, using a butter knife to mix them in. Due to the thickness of the milk and yogurt, the fruit and granola will not sink to the bottom of the molds.
- Freeze for about 1 1/2 hours. Stick the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze until solid - about another 3 - 4 hours.
- To remove the popsicle sticks, briefly place the molds under warm water, then pull out.
