Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup berries

Instruction

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (Choose a baking sheet that will fit into your freezer)
  • Spread greek yogurt into a thin layer on the parchment paper, about 1/2 inch thick. Top with granola and berries, pressing berries lightly into the yogurt. 
  • Place baking sheet into freezer and freeze for 2 hours, or until bark is fully frozen through. Slice into bite size pieces and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight bag or container.
