Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 fillets salmon (frozen, about 1 lb total)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Salmon sauce (drizzled over the top when done)
Instruction
- Using heavy duty foil, or two layers, create a small foil platter to hold salmon. Drizzle with oil and spread evenly on the bottom. Place frozen salmon onto the foil, skin side down.
- Drizzle the top with foil and use a pastry brush to evenly spread oil onto the fillets. Preheat grill. Place foil directly onto grill.
- Heat for about 15 minutes or until edges around the salmon fillets are crusty and there is no more moisture. (timing will vary depending on the thickness and how well done you want it) Let stand for a minute before serving topped with ground black
