Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 3 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz clear orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mango
  • Mango or lime slices, if desired for garnish

Instruction

  • Pour coconut water into standard ice cube tray. Place in freezer until frozen, about 2 hours.
  • In blender, add tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, lime juice, agave nectar and chopped mango. Cover; blend until smooth. Add coconut water ice cubes; blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish as desired.
