Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 3 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz clear orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mango
- Mango or lime slices, if desired for garnish
Instruction
- Pour coconut water into standard ice cube tray. Place in freezer until frozen, about 2 hours.
- In blender, add tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, lime juice, agave nectar and chopped mango. Cover; blend until smooth. Add coconut water ice cubes; blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish as desired.
