Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 48 ounces chocolate ice cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 5 ounces bourbon
- 5 ounces dark rum
- 5 ounces Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pie crust cut into favorite shapes and baked
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instruction
- Remove the chocolate ice cream from the freezer. Let soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes, until soft enough to stir.
- Mix the ice cream, milk, bourbon, rum, Frangelico, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.
- Pour this cocktail mixture into an airtight freezer container. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, up to 48 hours, stirring ever 12 hours.
- To serve, remove the cocktail mixture from the freezer and stir well. It will be very slushy.
- Spoon the cocktail into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and garnish with pie crust “cookies.”
