- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs +1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, (softened)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground coffee
- 5 oz semisweet chocolate, (melted and cooled to room temperature)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
