Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package Easter Sprinkles

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x4 baking pan with parchment paper
  • Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined and creamy
  • Using a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt
  • Gradually beat in the dry ingredients into the wet until combined and a dough has formed
  • Press the dough into the pan and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until a light golden color
  • Allow cooling completely
