Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 16-oz bag frozen strawberries (about 4 cups, 450 g)
  • 1 750-mL bottle rosé wine
  • Sugar (to taste)

Instruction

  • Blend: Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste and add sugar as needed (amount will depend on the sweetness of your strawberries and wine).
  • Serve: Serve immediately. Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container and freeze. The mixture won't freeze completely due to the alcohol, and you can scrape it out with a fork and spoon into glasses to serve.
