The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Melt butter in a large skillet set over medium-high heat and place sauerkraut in the skillet along with the cooked and crumbled bacon, black pepper, and salt.
- Sauté the sauerkraut for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook longer and stir less frequently if you desire crispy fried sauerkraut.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
