  • 10 slices sweet potato (peeled) (cut to about the same size with nian gao slices)
  • Cooking oil (for deep-frying)
  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup ice-cold water
