The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup Grated Coconut
- 2\'\' Ginger
- 1 piece Green chili
- 4 pieces Shallot
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaf
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaf few
Instruction
- Grind all the above Ingredient and make a paste.
- Lightly fry the fish fillet marinated with salt and turmeric.
- Spread the Grind masala paste over the fish garnish with cherry tomato and serve.
