Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instruction

  • Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add a little oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan. 
  • Carefully crack the egg and open it very close and slowly onto the pan. 
  • Allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn over just for a second on the other side. Season and serve.
  • For sunny side up, allow to cook until completely set on the bottom, slide a fish spatula under the egg coming in from the yolk side and then gently turn over. Allow to cook for another 30-60 seconds, season and serve.
