The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Eggs (large)
- Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instruction
- Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add a little oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan.
- Carefully crack the egg and open it very close and slowly onto the pan.
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn over just for a second on the other side. Season and serve.
- For sunny side up, allow to cook until completely set on the bottom, slide a fish spatula under the egg coming in from the yolk side and then gently turn over. Allow to cook for another 30-60 seconds, season and serve.
