Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound bacon (cut into ½ inch pieces)
- 1 pound green cabbage (with the white center remove and the remaining cut into 1-inch pieces)
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Cook the bacon in a deep pot over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the cabbage to the pot along with the chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine and allow the cabbage to cook down over low high heat for 6-8 minute or until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
