Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 loaf french bread (torn into small bite sized pieces)
- Plenty of olive oil
- 2-3 balls Burrata or any other soft cheese
- Prosciutto
- 1 recipe Basil Vinaigrette
- Small Heirloom Tomatoes (quartered)
- Castelvetrano Olives
- Thinly sliced salami
Instruction
- Heat about 1/2 cup of olive oil in a medium skillet. Add a few bread balls to the hot oil and saute for a few minutes until just golden and slightly crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel. Repeat until all the bread is fried.
- On a medium platter arrange the bread, cheese, meats, olives, a small container of basil vinaigrette and tomatoes. DIY the perfect bite as needed.
