Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. Amaretto or Rum
Instruction
- Peel the bananas and cut them into ½-inch thick slices.
- Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar and wait just until it starts to melt and starts turning golden.
- Add the butter, and stir, until fully melted.
- Pour in the Amaretto (or Rum). Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Arrange the bananas in a single layer. Bring the heat back to medium. Fry the bananas in this sauce for 1 minute, flip, and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve.
