Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. Amaretto or Rum

Instruction

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into ½-inch thick slices.
  • Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar and wait just until it starts to melt and starts turning golden.
  • Add the butter, and stir, until fully melted.
  • Pour in the Amaretto (or Rum). Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  • Arrange the bananas in a single layer. Bring the heat back to medium. Fry the bananas in this sauce for 1 minute, flip, and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve.
