Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 banana, sliced into 1 inch thick slices (**Use an unripe banana - not green but not brown - nice and yellow**)
  • 1 tbsp butter (**For vegans use Earth Balance or Coconut Oil**)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instruction

  • In a small skillet add the butter, ground cinnamon and vanilla over medium heat. Stir to combine and heat until bubbling.
  • Add in the banana slices and let cook for 3-5 minutes until browned on the bottom then flip. Cook for another 3-5 letting the other side crisp and brown.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy warm on its own or with yogurt or ice cream.
