Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 banana, sliced into 1 inch thick slices (**Use an unripe banana - not green but not brown - nice and yellow**)
- 1 tbsp butter (**For vegans use Earth Balance or Coconut Oil**)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instruction
- In a small skillet add the butter, ground cinnamon and vanilla over medium heat. Stir to combine and heat until bubbling.
- Add in the banana slices and let cook for 3-5 minutes until browned on the bottom then flip. Cook for another 3-5 letting the other side crisp and brown.
- Remove from heat and enjoy warm on its own or with yogurt or ice cream.
