Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups whole raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped, to taste

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and stir to coat with the oil. Cook for 2-5 minutes or until the almonds are hot and toasted. Transfer the almonds to a bowl and toss with the salt and thyme, use 1-2 tablespoons of the thyme, depending on your personal taste. Serve the almonds immediately or store in an airtight container.
