Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 3/4 cup quinoa (cooked according to package directions and cooled)
- 3 cups broccoli florets (chopped into small pieces)
- 4 green onions (sliced)
- 1 cup red cabbage (chopped)
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the vegetables and stir.
- Add the cooled quinoa, and stir again until everything is coated with dressing. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
