- ¼ cup Dried cranberries – chopped
- ¼ cup Almonds – grilled and chopped
- 2 tbs. Sesame seeds
- 2 Hard boiled eggs – halved
- 2 cloves of garlic – grilled
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger – sliced
- 3 tbs. sesame seeds
- 4 tbs. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. sugar
- 2 tbs. sesame oil
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
