The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk (fresh from the carton)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 4 ice cubes

Instruction

  • Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender and serve.
