Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1½ sticks of butter, melted
  • 2¼ cup flour
  • 1¾ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup dry powdered milk
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder and salt. Set aside. (If desired, simply use a standard yellow cake mix.) Spread peaches on the bottom of prepared baking dish. Add in sugar and toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top of peaches. Drizzle the top evenly with melted butter. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cake cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
