Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large peaches (cored, peeled, and sliced thinly)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 TBS flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 medium egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instruction
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 11x7 glass baking dish, and then spread the peaches evenly in the dish.
- 2. In a small bowl mix 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 TBS flour, and 1 tsp lemon juice with a fork. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the peaches.
- 3. In a medium bowl mix (ingredients from topping list) flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in the egg with a fork until it resembles a course crumble.
- 4. Sprinkle the crumbles evenly over the peaches and drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
- 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is browned and the filling is bubbling.
