Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 cups frozen corn (or fresh)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- ½ red onion (finely diced)
- 4 ounces diced green chilis (1 can, drained)
- 1½ Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cilantro
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, cover with lid, and let cook for about 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are done cooking.
