Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 16 oz strawberries (quartered)
  • 11 oz fresh blueberries (1 pint)
  • 4 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup grapes (halved)
  • 2 cups cantaloupes (cubed)
  • 3 clementines (peeled and separated)
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instruction

  • Slice or cube the fresh fruit, you just want to keep them the same size.
  • In a bowl, combine together the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, or poppyseeds. Finely chop the fresh mint.
  • Add the mint to the fruit and toss. Drizzle salad with dressing and mix until well combined.
