Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 6 oz raspberries
- 16 oz strawberries (quartered)
- 11 oz fresh blueberries (1 pint)
- 4 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 1 1/2 cup grapes (halved)
- 2 cups cantaloupes (cubed)
- 3 clementines (peeled and separated)
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
Instruction
- Slice or cube the fresh fruit, you just want to keep them the same size.
- In a bowl, combine together the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, or poppyseeds. Finely chop the fresh mint.
- Add the mint to the fruit and toss. Drizzle salad with dressing and mix until well combined.
