Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Fresh Figs - 2 cups (about 1 lb, chopped)
- Mango - 1 (peeled and diced)
- Onion - 1/ Green Onions - 2 (chopped)
- Tomato - 2 (diced)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Green Chillies - 2 (minced)
- Lemon Zest - 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
Instruction
- Wash, peel and chop the figs and other veggies.
- Combine all the above ingredients.
- Chill for few hours before serving to blend all the flavours. Enjoy.
