Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Fresh Figs - 2 cups (about 1 lb, chopped)
  • Mango - 1 (peeled and diced)
  • Onion - 1/ Green Onions - 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato - 2 (diced)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Green Chillies - 2 (minced)
  • Lemon Zest - 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instruction

  • Wash, peel and chop the figs and other veggies.
  • Combine all the above ingredients.
  • Chill for few hours before serving to blend all the flavours. Enjoy.
