Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups (~ 2 oz) dill, tough stems removed
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - optional
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Add more water, lemon juice, or oil if you want a thinner consistency.
