The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or blend)
- 1/2 cup frozen fresh cranberries
- natural zero calorie sweetener equivalent to 1 tsp sugar * (Stevia, erythritol or blend as shown here.)
- ***Optional*** 1 tbs MCT oil which adds 125 calories and 14 grams of healthy medium-chain triglycerides (fats)
Instruction
- Simply add ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
