The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 1/2 cup frozen fresh cranberries
  • natural zero calorie sweetener equivalent to 1 tsp sugar * (Stevia, erythritol or blend as shown here.)
  • ***Optional*** 1 tbs MCT oil which adds 125 calories and 14 grams of healthy medium-chain triglycerides (fats)

Instruction

  • Simply add ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
