Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • optional - 4 drops lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • optional - honey to taste

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan, mix basil and ginger.
  • Pour boiling water.
  • Steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine sieve.
  • Add lemon and honey if you opted for these too.
