  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium banana thinly sliced (Make sure it's ripe with some spots since it will be sweeter.)
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon drizzle of honey

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, sliced bananas, vanilla, and wheat germ. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
