Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 2.5 tablespoons Jelly of your choice
- 8 slices Bread (your choice, wheat or white will work)
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated Sugar
Instruction
- Cut the crusts of each piece of bread.
- Using a rolling pin roll each piece of bread flat.
- Spread a thin later of Cream cheese and then a thin layer of jelly on one side of the piece of bread and roll it up.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat add 1-2 tablespoons butter and cook until it is melted.
- Once the butter is melted add a few of the french toast roll ups. Roll them during the cooking to make sure you get each side cooked.
- Remove from the pan and roll them in the cinnamon sugar.
