Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 bread slices (cut into traingles)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 to mato (remove the seeds, finely chopped)
- oil / ghee / butter for drizzling
Instruction
- In a bowl, add the eggs, coriander leaves, green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, onion and tomato.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Heat a tawa. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture, and coat them well.
- Place the bread on the tawa and drizzle some oil / ghee / butter.
- Cook till the bottom side is cooked thoroughly. Turn over and cook.
- Once the coated bread is cooked, remove from tawa and serve hot.
