  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cups chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 slider rolls (cut in half horizontally)
  • 16 slices McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli Swiss Cheese (divided)
  • 16 slices McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli Roast Beef
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and cook about 20 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and cook another 5-10 minutes or until onions are cooked through and liquid is reduced.

  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic power, and salt until well combined. Brush over top of sliders.
  • Bake sliders at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and rolls are toasted and golden brown on top.
