Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300ml thickened cream
- 25g French onion soup mix
- 5 extra large potatoes
Instruction
- Wash potatoes and leave skin on, slice into rounds and layer in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Mix cream and soup mix together in a jug and pour over potatoes.
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes.
