Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 25g French onion soup mix
  • 5 extra large potatoes

Instruction

  • Wash potatoes and leave skin on, slice into rounds and layer in a lightly greased baking dish.
  • Mix cream and soup mix together in a jug and pour over potatoes.
  • Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes.
