Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup onion dip
  • About leftover French
  • 6 provolone cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • shredded
  • for topping
  • Parsley
  • for topping

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Split the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Cut the clove of garlic in half and rub the bread with the cut side of the garlic to flavor it
  • Slather each flat side of each loaf with 1/2 cup of French onion dip then top half with provolone then mozzarella cheese
  • Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown
  • Remove and cut into slices
  • Top with torn basil and chopped parsley, and serve
