Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound pizza dough, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup, chopped bell pepper, green
  • 1/2 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms, white
  • 1/2 cup black olives, canned
  • 1 ounce pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup, chopped onion

Instruction

  • Make whole wheat pizza dough.
  • Let the dough rise until double in size.
  • Roll out very thin - about 1/4" thick.
  • Use the circle part on the back of the press to cut out circles.
  • Stretch the circle on top of the press.
  • Use about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on the small circle.
  • Fill with your favorite toppings.
  • Press the dough and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet. If you use a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray or a bit of oil first.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-11 minutes or until golden.
