Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 TBSP Salt

Instruction

  • Remove your bread from the plastic bag and set plastic bag aside for later use.
  • Cut your loaf of bread in half long ways.
  • In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Apply the butter mixture thoroughly to the inside of both halves of the bread. 
  • Lay your bread on a cookie sheet, butter side up and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from freezer and combine the two halves of bread, butter sides facing each other. 
  • Wrap the loaf of bread thoroughly and tightly with plastic wrap, making sure every spot is covered. 
  • Now place your loaf of bread inside the bag it came in, make sure the air is out of the bag and tie with the bread tie it came with.
  • Place in freezer until needed.
  • To bake, pull from freezer, allow to thaw for about an hour outside the fridge
  • Using a sharp knife, cut into large chunks and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
