- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup mango chunks
- None 1 -inch nub of peeled ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instruction
- Freeze the pineapple, mango, banana, and ginger on a baking sheet for 1 hour (to avoid clumping and hurting your blender), and then put ingredients in a container or bag until ready to make your smoothie.
- Dump the frozen pineapple, mango, banana, and ginger into your blender, along with the coconut water. Blend until desired consistency.
