Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound pork shoulder ((about 500g) cut into thin slices)
  • 3/4 Cups BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instruction

  • Combine the meat with all the ingredients and mix well. Place the meat mixture onto a lightly greased aluminum foil, fold it into a pack and seal it tightly on all sides.
  • Air fry at 350F (175C) for 30 minutes.
  • When done, separate the meat and juices. Add more BBQ sauce to meat if needed.
