Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound pork shoulder ((about 500g) cut into thin slices)
- 3/4 Cups BBQ sauce
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instruction
- Combine the meat with all the ingredients and mix well. Place the meat mixture onto a lightly greased aluminum foil, fold it into a pack and seal it tightly on all sides.
- Air fry at 350F (175C) for 30 minutes.
- When done, separate the meat and juices. Add more BBQ sauce to meat if needed.
