- 1/4 cup dried herbs de provence
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 6 garlic cloves ( minced)
- 5 cups bread flour (see note #1)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for spreading on the baking sheet)
