The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dried herbs de provence
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves ( minced)
  • 5 cups bread flour (see note #1)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for spreading on the baking sheet)
