Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs (separated)
  • 1¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable or canola oil

Instruction

  • Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Combine egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter, leaving a few fluffs.
  • Bake waffles according to waffle iron directions.
