The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs (separated)
- 1¾ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
Instruction
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Combine egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients.
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter, leaving a few fluffs.
- Bake waffles according to waffle iron directions.
