Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Cream together the peanut butter and both sugars.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Roll about ¾ of a tablespoon of dough into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Squish the dough down with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 175°C – 350°F.
- When ready, let them cool down on the tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool down completely.
