Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Cream together the peanut butter and both sugars.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Roll about ¾ of a tablespoon of dough into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Squish the dough down with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 175°C – 350°F.
  • When ready, let them cool down on the tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool down completely.
