The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 1/4 cup malted milk powder*
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz chocolate (chocolate chips are fine)
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature and cut in cubes
- 12 tablespoons 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 14 oz chocolate (I did a dark chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate blend)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [chocolate extract]
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup [Dutch processed cocoa powder]
- 1/4 cup (plus 2 tablespoons corn starch)
- [Caramel sauce]
- Chocolate malt balls for decoration (optional)
