Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 15.5oz cans S&W Garbanzo Beans
- 1/2 c. butter (softened)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- Pour beans in a strainer: rinse and allow to dry. Place beans in a food processor or food chopper and blend until smooth. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine beans and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add baking soda, baking powder, quick oats, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined then add chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough into a greased 10-inch pin pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
