Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- Whole wheat flour 1.5 cup
- Egg 3
- Concentrate sugar syrup 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 3/4 cup
- Soaked dates chopped 1 cup
- Roasted flaxseeds 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Nut meg powder 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
Instruction
- Separate the egg yolk.
- Beat the egg white. Mix all the ingredients Wheat flour, baking soda, sugar syrup, egg yolk, soaked dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, fresh cream and salt.
- Whisk all ingredients and flaxseeds, make a batter. Brush a container with oil and pour the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
- Take out the cake and wait for room temperature.
- Cut into equal pieces.
- Can be kept in a tight container.
- Serve with tea / coffee or tiffin pack.
