Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • Whole wheat flour 1.5 cup
  • Egg 3
  • Concentrate sugar syrup 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 3/4 cup
  • Soaked dates chopped 1 cup
  • Roasted flaxseeds 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Nut meg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

Instruction

  • Separate the egg yolk.
  • Beat the egg white. Mix all the ingredients Wheat flour, baking soda, sugar syrup, egg yolk, soaked dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, fresh cream and salt.
  • Whisk all ingredients and flaxseeds, make a batter. Brush a container with oil and pour the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
  • Take out the cake and wait for room temperature.
  • Cut into equal pieces.
  • Can be kept in a tight container.
  • Serve with tea / coffee or tiffin pack.
