Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Flax seeds (Roasted) - 5 tbsp
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Dry Red chili - 1
- Tamarind - a small piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Instruction
- Dry roast the flax seeds on a low flame. Keep a cover handy since it splatters a lot.
- At the end add tamarind, dry red chili and grated coconut. Mix everything and switch off.
- After it cools, grind everything together coarsely with required salt (and sugar if preferred). Add minimum water for grinding.
